Drawing upon the findings of scientific research, we hereby present our own interpretation of the notion of artificial intelligence. The application of AI technologies is analysed, generalised and systematised. A number of popular neural networks for recipe generation are offered.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Данная статья представляет читателям обзор современного состояния и развития искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в пищевой отрасли. На основе обзора научных трудов отражено собственное видение понятия ИИ. Используются методы обобщения, систематизации, анализа научных трудов по применению технологий ИИ в пищевой отрасли.
