В статье исследуются экосистемно-платформенные механизмы формирования инновационной синергии в условиях цифровой трансформации экономики. Актуальность работы обусловлена усилением роли цифровых платформ как ключевых институтов координации инновационной деятельности и трансформации спроса. Рассматриваются теоретические основы взаимодействия платформенной экономики и инновационных экосистем, а также разрабатывается методический инструментарий количественной оценки синергетических эффектов. Эмпирическая часть основана на агрегированных данных Росстата и ИСИЭЗ НИУ ВШЭ и включает расчет интегрального индекса инновационной активности и коэффициента платформенной комплементарности, а также эконометрическую верификацию влияния цифровой зрелости и платформенного спроса. Результаты исследования показывают наличие устойчивого синергетического эффекта, выражающегося в существенном росте инновационной активности при интеграции в платформенные экосистемы. Цель статьи – разработка и апробация методического подхода к оценке инновационной синергии, формируемой в условиях взаимодействия экосистем и платформенных моделей спроса. Научная новизна заключается в формализации механизма платформенной синергии через интегральный индекс инновационной активности и коэффициент платформенной комплементарности, а также в выявлении статистически значимой зависимости инновационного развития от уровня цифровой зрелости и степени платформенной интеграции. Методологической основой работы выступают системно-структурный и институционально-эволюционный подходы, методы индексного анализа, экономико-математического моделирования и эконометрической оценки, основанные на использовании официальной статистики Росстата и аналитических материалов ИСИЭЗ НИУ ВШЭ. Вывод. Платформенная экономика обеспечивает мультипликативное усиление инновационной активности за счет эффектов данных, алгоритмической координации и сетевого взаимодействия, однако сопровождается институциональными рисками, требующими учета в рамках государственной инновационной и конкурентной политики.
This article examines ecosystem-platform mechanisms for generating innovative synergies within a digital economic transformation. The relevance of this work stems from the growing importance of digital platforms as key institutions for coordinated innovative activities and demand response. The article explores the theoretical aspects for the interaction between platform economies and innovation ecosystems and develops methodological approaches for quantifying synergistic effects. The empirical part of the study is based on aggregated data from Rosstat and the Higher School of Economics Institute (HSE) for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK). It includes the calculation of an integrated innovation activity index, the degree of complementarity, and an econometric verification of the impact for digital maturity and platform demand. The study's results demonstrate a positive and lasting synergistic effect, leading to a significant boost in innovation activity when integrated into platform ecosystems. Aim. The article is to develop and test a methodological approach to assessing innovation synergy derived from the interaction of ecosystems and demand patterns on the platform. The scientific novelty lies in the formalization of the platform synergy mechanism through the integrated innovation activity index and the platform complementarity coefficient, as well as the identification of a statistically significant relationship between innovation development and the level of digital maturity and the degree of platform integration. The methodological basis of the study is a system - structural and evolutionary-institutional approach, as well as index analysis, economic - mathematical modeling, and econometric assessment methods, based on official Rosstat statistics and analytical materials from the HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK). Conclusion. The platform economy provides a multiplier boost to innovation through data effects, algorithmic coordination, and network interaction, but is accompanied by institutional risks that require consideration within government policies related to innovation and competition.
